The Indian-spec 1.5-litre K15B petrol engine in the Suzuki Jimny generates 104 Hp and 134 Nm of torque. You have the option of a 5-speed manual transmission or a 4-speed automatic transmission. The Jimny has a low-range transfer case and can drive all four wheels.

A 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, connected car technology, automated climate control, cruise control, keyless entry, and a multi-info display are some of the top features of the Jimny. Six airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors and a camera, and electronic stability control all contribute to passenger safety.

2. Hyundai Exter

An 83PS/114Nm, the 1.2-litre petrol engine will power the Exter. It will be coupled to either a 5-speed manual gearbox or a 5-speed automatic manual gearbox. The same 1.2-litre petrol engine will also be available with a CNG kit from Hyundai. This engine will only be paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox and have lower output figures in the CNG models.

The Hyundai Exter compact SUV will be the first sub-4 metre SUV in the country to include six airbags. Side, curtain, and driver airbags will be standard on all Exter trim levels. The Exeter’s E and S entry-level trims will also receive about 26 more safety features, such as ESC (Electronic Stability Control), VSM (Vehicle Stability Management), HAC (Hill Assist Control), and 3-point seat belts for every seat. Further choices include seatbelt reminders for dashcams, ABS with EBD, burglar alarms, dual cameras, TPMS, ISOFIX, headlamp escort features, rear parking cameras, etc.

A 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder, naturally aspirated petrol engine will power the new Honda Elevate, producing 121 PS of power and 145 Nm of maximum torque. This engine will probably have a 6-speed manual and CVT automated gearbox. In addition to this, the business can also make it available in mild hybrid technology.

This teaser image makes it very evident that the business will not be including a panoramic sunroof in its future vehicle. Other features visible in the teaser image include a shark fin antenna, body-coloured ORVMs, and roof tails. The SUV will also get an LED strip in the back that will connect the taillights to the Elevate badging. In India, Honda only offers 2 models at the moment.
