Delhi News: Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced the Karmayogi Awaas Yojana, a special housing scheme exclusively for serving and retired government employees, offering ready-to-move, freehold residential flats at a significant 25 percent discount.

Under the scheme, eligible beneficiaries can book 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats located in Narela, one of Delhi’s emerging residential zones. The flats are available across all categories, making the scheme accessible to a wide range of government employees. Notably, 1 BHK flats under the scheme have already been sold out, indicating strong demand.

According to DDA, the flats are situated in Narela A1–A4 (Pocket-9) and have been developed with a focus on planned urban living, connectivity, and essential civic infrastructure. The homes are ready for immediate possession, allowing beneficiaries to move in without construction delays.
The Karmayogi Awaas Yojana aims to acknowledge the contribution of government employees by providing them with affordable and secure housing in the national capital region. By offering freehold properties, DDA has ensured complete ownership rights for buyers, adding long-term value and security.
The scheme will remain open for applications until March 31, 2026. Interested applicants can complete the booking process through the official DDA e-services portal. DDA has urged eligible applicants to apply well in time, considering the rapid uptake witnessed in certain flat categories.
This initiative aligns with DDA’s broader objective of promoting planned housing, home ownership, and inclusive urban development in Delhi while supporting those serving in public administration.
