Hartalika Teej Vrat: Hartalika Teej today, know the auspicious time and method of worship

On this day, women fast for the long life of their husbands. Before worshiping Lord Shiva and Parvati, keep some special things in mind.

On this day i.e. Hartalika Teej, married women keep fast for the long life of their husbands. This is an anhydrous fast. Some things should be kept in mind while worshiping Lord Shiva and Parvati. Unmarried girls can also keep fast to get a good husband. It is mandatory to follow the law and strict rules of Hartalika fast.

Don’t do these things

Before starting the Hartalika fast, keep in mind that it is mandatory to keep this fast for life. If the fasting person falls seriously ill, then this fast can be abandoned. When the fasting person becomes seriously ill, then the husband of the fasting woman or any other woman will have to observe this fast. Women observing fast on this day should not get angry. Because by getting angry, the purity of the mind is diminished. On the day of the fast, do worship by doing Jagran throughout the night.

Hartalika Vrat Puja Muhurta in the morning – from 6.03 am to 8.33 am in the morning

Pradoshak Haritalika Vrat Puja Muhurta – From 6.33 pm to 8.51 pm in the evening

Tritiya date starts – 9th September 2021, at 2:33 pm

Tritiya date ends – September 10, 2021 till 12.18 pm

Worship method

Worship Lord Shiva and Mata Parvati on Hartalika Teej in auspicious time. Make sand or black clay idols of Lord Shiva, Mata Parvati and Ganesha for worshipping on this day. Decorate the place of worship with flowers and also keep a chowki. Spread banana leaves on it and install the idols of Lord Shiva, Mata Parvati and Lord Ganesha. After this, worship Lord Shiva, Mata Parvati and Lord Ganesha with Shodashopachara method.

Listen to the Hartalika Teej Katha

After this, offer embellishment items to Goddess Parvati and dhoti to Lord Shiva. Later donate all these things to the Brahmin. After worship, listen to the story of Teej and do night awakening. Next morning after the morning aarti, offer vermilion to Goddess Parvati and break the fast by offering halwa.
