Health Tips: Fragrance is such a thing that every living being is attracted to it. Humans use many aromatic substances to change their natural odour so that they can smell good. Studies have shown that using scented soap can attract mosquitoes to your skin. The sweet scent of the soap attracts mosquitoes, making you their target. According to research, when they do not drink human blood, they consume flower nectar to maintain their sugar intake.

Fragrance attracts mosquitoes

According to experts, changing the soap can either increase or decrease the attraction of mosquitoes to your skin. The more scented your soap, the more mosquito bites you will have to deal with. The research team studied the attraction of mosquitoes to the fragrance with four volunteers and found that more than 60 percent of the odour comes from the soap rather than the natural smell.

Coconut scented soap is beneficial to repel mosquitoes

Experts agree that mosquitoes are less attracted to the scent of coconut. Compared to other scented soaps, coconut scented soaps did not attract mosquitoes at all and Unj people are not targeted by mosquitoes.
