Hearing in Gyanvapi case has started in Varanasi court. Advocate Abhay Nath Yadav, appearing for Gyanvapi Masjid in the case, said that the court had ordered that the survey proceedings would be completely confidential, but the parties came out loud in the media and gave information about the survey. He said that this is a violation of the orders of the court. The commissioner appointed by the court asked for two days to file the survey report.

In the matter, the Hindu side said, ‘We have made a new application. We demand that by removing the wall, we should be allowed to measure the length, width of Shivling by removing the debris. A new survey should be done for this. The court should appoint a court commissioner for this action.

The court commissioner said, ‘We have worked without discrimination. I will give my report without discrimination. It is a matter of faith of both the religions.

Abhay Nath Yadav, the lawyer for the Muslim side, said, ‘The lawyers who did not even go inside are giving statements in the media. I did not speak to any channel about the survey. I told everyone that whatever is there in the survey, I will say after the report is presented. ‘

On this the lawyer for the Hindu side said that we cannot stop the media. The media is free to talk to anyone. The court will place orders in a short time on two days’ time as demanded by the court commissioner. On the remaining two applications (toilets, water pipes, and fish transfer) and the height, length of the Shivling The court will hear the measuring petition later. The hearing in the case was completed. The court’s decision will be pronounced at 4 o’clock.
