This does not mean that you do not need to consume sugar. You can go for its substitute, such as rock sugar/thread sugar powder or jaggery powder. Although they are also the forms of sugar, they are less processed and contain vitamins and minerals in a sufficient quantity.
White Salt
This works as a white poison for your body. It causes high blood pressure and kidney strain. Most people think that if they do not take iodized salt, there will be deficiency of iodine in their bodies. But, there is nothing like that. If you take milk products or season fruits, then you do not need to worry about iodine. You can go for its substitute, such as rock salt/pink salt. Use black salt for eating curd. These salts are free from chemicals and won’t cause any harm to your body.
Refined Oil
This oil causes many diseases, such as heart attack or other lifestyle diseases. High heat and chemicals are used while making this oil. So, healthy fats disappear, but harmful compounds remain in this oil. They increase cholesterol level in the body, causing blockages to the arteries. As a result, stomach bulges.
