Eat these five veggies to avoid vitamin A deficiency, which weakens your vision

Vitamin A deficiency: A vital ingredient for our bodies, vitamin A significantly improves general health. Every health expert concurs that consuming meals high in these nutrients is advisable because a deficiency might have a negative impact on vision. Spinach

In terms of green leafy vegetables, spinach is regarded as a health treasure because it not only nourishes our bodies but also guards against several ailments. About 573 micrograms of vitamin A are ingested by the body when half a cup of boiling spinach is consumed.

Carrots

Despite being a winter vegetable, carrots are readily available all year long. Their typical colours include red, orange, and black. You will get 459 micrograms of vitamin A if you consume half a cup of raw carrots.

Sweet potatoes

Beta-carotene, a type of vitamin A found in sweet potatoes, is believed to protect against AMD. The body will receive 1403 micrograms of vitamin A if a whole sweet potato is boiled and consumed.

Nutrient-dense Broccoli

Broccoli is an extremely nutrient-dense vegetable that improves vision. Consuming half a cup of broccoli provides the body with 60 micrograms of vitamin A.

Pumpkin

Pumpkin is a vegetable that is frequently prepared in Indian kitchens; 100 grams of pumpkin provide 170 percent of the daily requirement for vitamin A. Include pumpkin in your diet on a regular basis.
