Eat these five veggies to avoid vitamin A deficiency, which weakens your vision

Spinach

Carrots

Sweet potatoes

Beta-carotene, a type of vitamin A found in sweet potatoes, is believed to protect against AMD. The body will receive 1403 micrograms of vitamin A if a whole sweet potato is boiled and consumed.

Nutrient-dense Broccoli

Broccoli is an extremely nutrient-dense vegetable that improves vision. Consuming half a cup of broccoli provides the body with 60 micrograms of vitamin A.

Pumpkin

Pumpkin is a vegetable that is frequently prepared in Indian kitchens; 100 grams of pumpkin provide 170 percent of the daily requirement for vitamin A. Include pumpkin in your diet on a regular basis.
