But apart from this, there is something worse than this which is ‘Maltodextrin’. It is present in many food products, such as breakfast cereals, instant noodles, protein bars, healthy biscuits, soups, sugar free products, ice-creams, and baby products. Its glycemic index is more than 100, which is much more than sugar’s glycemic index, which is 65. Due its intake, sugar level increases steadily, so obesity also increases. The company selling products claims to add no sugar to their products. But you should check labels of products very carefully before you buy them.
