Understanding Anemia
Your body’s capacity to carry oxygen is diminished when your blood contains insufficient haemoglobin or red blood cells (RBCs), a condition known as anaemia. Fatigue, inability to concentrate, and a general deterioration in both mental and physical functioning are caused by this deficit. Sadhguru stresses the need of treating this illness organically by increasing the oxygen-carrying capacity of your blood.
Honey in Warm Water
The simplest remedy that Sadhguru recommends is taking a tiny bit of honey combined with warm water every day.
