Ginger
If you have ache in any part of your body or stomach pain, then you must take it. It alleviates the pain in your body.
Cinnamon
If you have high blood sugar, you can add it to tea, it will reduce your blood sugar level, though it tastes sweet.
Licorice
Although it looks hard, it moisturises the nerves of your body. If you have problems related to lungs, it can be effective for them.
Fennel
If you have acidity, acidic burps, or ulcers in your stomach, then add this to your tea. It will be very effective for you. But you should prefer thick fennel over thin fennel.

How To Prepare Tea?
Take a pan and add water to it as per your need. And allow it to boil for some time. Now, add all the seven ingredients to it. Wait till the quantity of water is reduced to its half quantity so that all the herbs dissolve in it completely. Add tea leaves to it and after it add some milk. As soon as it starts boiling, remove the pan from the stove. At last, add sweetener to it. Now, filter it in cups to sip. This tea is healthy for you.
How Much and How Many Should You Take Tea?
You should take tea in small cup not in large glasses, as its excess can be harmful for your health. You should not take tea for more than twice or thrice a day. Do not take it soon after breakfast or taking lunch or dinner. Wait for at least one hour after taking your meal to take tea. Avoid taking bed tea. However, if you cannot avoid it, then drink a glass of water before you take a cup of tea. Do not take tea at night before you go to bed.
