Honda CL300 unveiled, could give tough competition to Royal Enfield but will it come to India? all you need to know

Honda CL300: The well-known two-wheeler maker might soon introduce a new bike in the Indian market in an effort to compete with the roadster bikes of Royal Enfield and Yezdi. The Honda CL300 has been unveiled by the automaker Honda. The CL300 Scrambler has been introduced by Honda in the Chinese market. The Standard and Premium versions were introduced. The debut of the CL300 Scrambler in the Indian market has not yet been officially announced.

Honda CL300 specifications

Let us inform you that the Honda CL300 motorcycle is supported by a long frame that features a split flat single-piece seat. It has a 165mm ground clearance and a 790mm seat height. The Scrambler’s engine is a 286cc single-cylinder unit. This motorcycle has a 6-speed transmission.

The Rebel 300’s engine is on this bike, which is highly popular with everyone. The engine has a displacement of 286 ccs and is liquid-cooled. This engine has a 25.34 bhp power rating, which is 5 horsepower less than the CB300R. There is a 6-speed gearbox in use. Let us tell you that, based on the information, the bike will weigh around 150 kg and have an 11-litre fuel tank. 

Features

The CL300 has been equipped with telescopic forks up front and a mono-shock at the rear. In terms of braking, it has disc brakes for control at the front and the back. Along with the Combined Braking System (CBS) and Anti-lock Braking System, the manufacturer is also providing a dual-channel anti-lock braking system with this bike (ABS). The motorcycle’s suspension is taken care of by 41mm telescopic forks up front and a pre-load adjustable mono-shock unit in the back. It includes a circular rearview mirror, alloy wheels, a high-mounted exhaust, a tank pad, and a circular LED headlamp.
