Kartik Kumar accused in kidnapping case resigns

In Bihar, when the accused of kidnapping was made a minister, then the political ruckus started. Kartik Kumar is a topic of discussion these days. On Wednesday, Kartik Kumar was removed from the Law Minister and made the Sugarcane Industry Minister, but within 24 hours, Kartik Kumar has resigned from the post of Minister.

Kartik Kumar Resignation Reason

Within 22 days of taking oath, the first resignation took place in the Nitish government. Kartik Kumar sent his resignation to the Chief Minister. The Chief Minister also accepted the resignation without delay and sent it to Governor Fagu Chauhan.

Surrender will have to be done in kidnapping case

A case of kidnapping was registered against Kartik in Patna’s Bihta police station in 2014. He is accused of conspiracy to kidnap a builder with the intention of killing him. The court has issued a warrant against him. On September 1, today, Kartik Kumar has to surrender in the Danapur court.

In the case of Bihta case number 859/2014, Kartik Kumar is going to surrender on September 1 in the court of Ajay Kumar, the first judicial magistrate of Danapur.
