Land Rover Defender 130 launched in India, comes with a 360-degree surround camera, all you should know

Land Rover Defender 130: The company’s latest luxury off-roader, the Land Rover Defender 130, was launched in India. The new Defender 130 is the largest model in the Defender line, with room for up to eight passengers. The Defender 90 and the Defender 110, the first two models in this series, are already on sale in India. Both the HSE and X versions of the new Land Rover Defender 130 are available with both petrol and diesel engine options.

There are two varieties of the Land Rover Defender 130 available: HSE and X, both of which come with both petrol and diesel engine options. The 3.0-litre six-cylinder petrol engine in the Defender 130 has a top output of 650 Nm and 296 horsepower. The 3.0-litre six-cylinder diesel engine, however, has a power output of 394 Bhp and a torque output of 550 Nm. Both engines are equipped with mild hybrid technology, and an 8-speed automatic transmission pairs them together.

Features

Based on the current 110 model, the new Land Rover Defender 130 has more room in the third row than the previous model. There are no more modifications to the build aside from that. If the last row seats are folded down, the new Defender 130 provides 2,516 litres of storage space, 953 litres more than the 110.

The Land Rover Defender 130 is still equipped with features such as the 11.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system with PiviPro, a digital instrument dashboard, connected car technology, four-zone climate control, a Meridian sound system, and electrically adjustable front seats. Features include a 360-degree camera, 20-inch wheels, air suspension, and matrix LED headlights.

Price in India

In terms of cost, the Land Rover Defender 130 costs between Rs. 1.30 crore and Rs. 1.41 crore in India (Ex-showroom).
