Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara 7-Seater: It is projected that the Y17, the internal codename for the next three-row Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, will go on sale in 2025. Though it’s unclear when the six- and seven-seater versions will be available, at the very least, the seven-seater is expected to be introduced. Maruti may stick with the current configuration in terms of specs. Hence, a powerful hybrid fuel and a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated pure petrol. Maruti will have to modify the hybrid configuration, though, as it now takes up boot space. Maruti will have to relocate this equipment in order to accommodate the third row.
Expected features
Similar to the 5-seater version, the Y17 will be built on the Global C-platform. Still, a longer wheelbase is anticipated to make room for the additional row. We may anticipate that it will have a tonne of features, including anticipated ADAS additions.
