Engine details

The 1.0-litre K10B motor, which generates 68 PS, is used to power the BS6-compliant S-Presso. The new 1-litre Dual Jet petrol engine, which produces 57PS and 82Nm, also comes with a CNG kit. Only a 5-speed manual gearbox is available for the CNG S-Presso, however, an AMT is an option for the petrol-only vehicle. According to Maruti Suzuki, the CNG S-Presso would provide 32.73km/g and the petrol-only model will deliver 21.7 kmpl.

A 1.0-litre petrol engine with 68PS/91Nm is all that Renault offers for the Kwid. It comes with a 5-speed manual transmission as standard and a 5-speed AMT as an option.

Features

A digital instrument cluster, motorised front windows, a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and keyless entry are among S Presso’s highlights. It boasts dual front airbags, rear parking sensors, speed warnings, ABS with EBD, and a front seatbelt reminder. It is also equipped with safety features including speed alerts.

The Kwid comes equipped with a 12-volt charger, remote locking, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a digital instrument display with a multi-info display, manual air conditioning, front power windows, and LED DRLs. In addition to dual airbags, ABS with EBD, and rear parking sensors with cameras, vehicles now come standard with technologies like electronic stability programme (ESP), hill start aid, traction control, and tyre pressure monitoring system.

Price in India

Price for the S-Presso starts at 4.26 lakh rupees. S-Presso is available in 8 variations with 7 colour choices.

KWID pricing starts from Rs. 4.69 Lakh. KWID comes in 7 variations with 7 colour options. The only automated variant offered by KWID starts at Rs. 6.12 Lakh.
