According to new research, moderate alcohol consumption can prevent cardiovascular complications like heart attack, heart stroke and others. Alcohol reduces the activity of the brain parts that respond to stress. But researchers have also cautioned about the health risks that come with alcohol consumption.

Research on many people has shown that a person who drinks alcohol in reasonable or small amounts has a lower risk of cardiovascular disease than the general population. Lifestyle, genetic, medical conditions and other factors have been taken into consideration in the research.

Alcohol consumption also carries health risk

It is impossible to consume alcohol in moderation when a person is under stress. He does excessive drinking to reduce his stress. Instead of consuming alcohol to reduce your stress, doctors or researchers suggest adopting a healthy lifestyle. Include healthy food in the diet, drink a lot of water instead of alcohol and add physical activities in your daily routine.
