Oben Rorr Electric motorcycle: Oben Electric, an electric two-wheeler manufacturer with its base in Bangalore, has finally revealed that it plans to start shipping its only product, the Rorr e-motorcycle, in nine Indian cities starting in January 2023. Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat, Jaipur, and New Delhi are a few of them.
The Oben Rorr is reported to have gotten some 17,000 reservations since its debut in March of this year.
The business, which has raised about $4 million (around Rs. 32.67 crores) in funding and is aiming to earn an additional USD $50 million in its Series A round with a ready product will soon start delivering their bikes. The Oben Rorr electric motorcycle has a range of up to 150 kilometres and is powered by a 10kW motor and 4.4kWh LFP battery. Additionally, you receive additional necessary features like full-LED lighting and an LCD instrument cluster that displays the selected ride mode in addition to the speedometer, odometer, range, and battery level. The smartphone app for Oben Electric is compatible with this device and offers further basic information.
The Oben Rorr has a price tag of about Rs 1 lakh and is designed to look like a motorbike. One direct opponent is the Revolt RV400. It also faces up against a wide selection of scooters, including the Ather 450X and OLA S1.

Oben asserts that the Rorr can accelerate from 0 to 40 kilometres per hour in under three seconds and reach a top speed of 100 kilometres per hour. The manufacturer also states that under "ideal riding conditions," the range is 200 kilometres.
