Bigg Boss 16 Fame Gori Nagori Takes Political Plunge; Joins AAP in Rajasthan

Gori Nagori, a former Bigg Boss phenomenon, entered Rajasthan politics by joining the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).

Bigg Boss 16 Fame Gori Nagori: Gori Nagori, best known for his time on Bigg Boss, joined the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Sunday in Jaipur ahead of the Rajasthan assembly elections. In the presence of the party’s representative for Rajasthan, Vinay Mishra, she joined. After joining the party, Nagori stated that she did so because she believed the AAP has the potential to bring about the much-needed change in society.

Bringing Recognition to Nagaur through AAP

“We want Nagaur to get recognition which it is lacking, so I have joined the Aam Aadmi Party. I feel that AAP has the potential to bring a change which is much needed. The party has worked very well in various sectors including health, education and electricity in Delhi and Punjab. It should also get a chance in Rajasthan,” Nagori told ANI.

Gori Nagori’s Belief in AAP’s Transformative Power

When asked why she chose to join AAP, Nagori responded that she had a strong feeling about the party’s ability to affect positive change in the state that is headed for elections. Speaking to ANI, Rajasthan in-charge Vinay Mishra said, “Today Bigg Boss fame Gauri Nagauri joined the party. Many more people are going to join the party soon.”

Rajasthan Elections Date Shift

The Rajasthan Assembly elections were originally scheduled to take place on November 23, but the Election Commission of India (ECI) moved that date up to November 25 on Wednesday (October 11). The earlier date of the polling coincided with weddings and social engagements, which could provide a logistical challenge for many people, according to officials from several political parties and social organisations, who complained about it. They raised the concern by stating that many individuals would experience inconvenience, which would lower voter turnout. Voter tallying will occur on December 3 as anticipated.
