Gujarat: A Bhartiya Janta Yuva Morcha (BJYM) employee was allegedly attacked by an AAP employee on Tuesday in Gomtipur, Gujarat. A violent altercation between Pawan Tomar and AAP employees allegedly led to an attack with a knife on the BYJM’s Gomtipur ward leader.
At Shardaben Hospital, Pawan Tomar has been admitted for medical care. Six people are being sought after Gomtipur Police filed a case against them on suspicion of attempted murder, rioting penalty, and unlawful assembly.

A verbal altercation erupted between AAP and BJP members
At Gomptipur’s Mohanlal Challi, where Pawan Tomar and other BJP members were conversing, the event took place on Tuesday in the late afternoon. AAP members arrived at the scene at the same moment, and a verbal altercation erupted between the two groups. In a fit of passion, an AAP member named Sahil then stabbed Pawan Tomar with a knife.

BJP accused AAP for the incident
The incident was described as “shameful” in a statement from the BJP Gujarat media department, which also claimed that AAP was attempting to disturb religious harmony in the state. The BJP claimed that AAP is engaging in “low-level politics.”
