In the national capital Delhi, the lockdown can be extended for a week. Lockdown has been implemented in Delhi for the last two weeks, whose duration is ending at five o’clock on Monday morning. However, due to increasing cases of Corona virus, the Arvind Kejriwal government of Delhi may announce to extend the lockdown for a week on Sunday.
According to the information, in the third week of lockdown, the same restrictions will be imposed by the government, which has been going on for the last two weeks. This means that the essential services will be approved as before, although all other things will be strictly prohibited.
The government announced a lockdown to break the Corona virus chain and increase health facilities in Delhi. However, there has been no decrease in the speed of Corona nor health facilities are on track. Today, 8 corona infected died in Batra Hospital due to lack of oxygen.
On Friday, 27,047 new cases of corona infection occurred in Delhi during 24 hours, 375 patients died. There has been no significant decline in the corona cases for the past one week.
