Rajasthan: Political battle between Gehlot-pilot continues, MLAs who joined Congress from Independent and BSP called a meeting

In Rajasthan, the ongoing political tussle between Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and former Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot is not taking its name to stop. After Ajay Maken’s statement in favor of Pilot, it is believed that Gehlot supporters are furious. Now to put pressure on the Congress high command, MLAs who came from Bahujan Samaj Party to Congress and became Associate Members of Congress from Independent MLAs have called a meeting.

A meeting has been called on June 23 at Hotel Ashoka in Jaipur. If sources are to be believed, the Gehlot group has devised a strategy to create an atmosphere against the attention the pilot group is getting. Information about this meeting has been given to all the independents and MLAs who have joined the Congress from BSP. Of these, six MLAs are BSP and 13 are independents.

It is being told that in this meeting there will be brainstorming about the current political situation, cabinet expansion, political appointments. MLAs from Bahujan Samaj Party and MLAs who won independent are constantly attacking Sachin Pilot and his supporters and calling Sachin Pilot a traitor.


The MLAs who joined the Congress from BSP and most of the independent MLAs are in favor of the Gehlot factionMLAs from BSP had recently opened a front against the pilot camp by holding two meetings, while many independent MLAs have also expressed their confidence in Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot through their statements or social media posts.
