TDP leader shaves head, moustache after Civic election defeat

In a strange set of development, a TDP leader shaved one half of his moustache and head after facing loss in Nellore Municipal elections.

Not only this, Kappera Srinivasulu also took an unusual vow after the defeat of the party in the civic body elections. He would keep his head half-tonsured and half-shaved moustache until TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu returns to power in Andhra Pradesh, he said.

He also carried a slate that urged voters to re-elect Naidu and reject Chief Minister YS Jagan.
