Sooryavanshi gave a hint

In a scene in Sooryavanshi, Singham, who plays as a cameo, vows to eliminate cross-border terrorism. So it is inferred that the story of Singham 3 will be based on terrorism this time around. This also means that the film will be on a much larger scale than the earlier two films in the franchise, Singham and Singham Returns, which were released in 2014 and 2022, respectively.

In Singham Devgn’s character fights against a gangster-turned-politician Jaykant Shikre (Prakash Raj). In Singham Returns, he is up in arms against a fraud spiritual guru Babaji (Amole Gupte) and minister Prakash Rao (Zakir Hussain).

The film is likely to go on floor in April and shooting will continue till November. It is likely to hit theatres around Independence Day 2024.
