Tata Xenon DC 4X4: Tata's answer to iSuzu, all you need to know about this powerful pickup truck

Tata Xenon DC 4X4: very few people are aware that Tata Motors also manufactures a strong vehicle with a 4X4 feature. The vehicle's ability to accommodate 9 passengers is one of its unique features.

Tata Motors actually produces several vehicles for defence in addition to passenger and commercial vehicles. These include a variety of vehicles, such as combat vehicles, armoured vehicles, mine-protected vehicles, pickup trucks, and military logistic vehicles. The unique aspect is that Tata Motors receives orders for these from outside in addition to the Indian Army. The Xenon DC 4X4 is one of these cars. It serves as a troop carrier for the defence.

Specifications

A 2956cc, 4-cylinder diesel engine powers the vehicle. This engine produces 112 horsepower and 300 NM of torque. Additionally, it features the 4X4 capability, which allows it to easily go on rough roads.  However, this vehicle is only produced for defence on demand.

Features

It is available with both a hard top and a soft top. It has room for nine passengers overall. Bench seats have been provided at the back, where three soldiers can sit in the second row and two soldiers in the first row. These seats can accommodate a total of four people.
