Tesla Officially Reveals Cybertruck’s Range and Power Output; Details

Tesla’s highly anticipated Cybertruck has made an entry into the market almost 4 years after it was first revealed. Check out power and range of the new beast truck below.

Tesla Cybertruck: Tesla’s highly anticipated Cybertruck has made an entry into the market almost 4 years after it was first revealed. The Cybertruck gets a tough cold-rodded bullet-proof steel body. The manufacturer has delivered the first 10 Units of the Cybertruck to customers in North America. 

Earlier, Tesla promised to begin deliveries in 2021, but the brand started producing vehicles in July 2023. Whereas, even now the customers can’t order the Cybertruck as the manufacturer only takes reservation deposits of USD100 (nearly Rs. 8335). According to the company’s claims, around 200000 people had made reservations. 

Tesla will offer Cybertruck in 2 powertrain options which include an 856hp Tesla Model S Plaid derived tri motor setup and a 608hp twin motor base level powertrain. 

Tesla Cybertruck Performance

As per the company claims, in the top-spec model, The Cybertruck accelerates from 0-100kph in just 2.6 seconds and it completes its first standing quarter mile in just 11 seconds. The lower model is also claimed to accelerate from 0-100kph in 4.1 seconds. 

Tesla Cybertruck: Battery 

The company has not revealed the exact details of the cyber truck’s battery size, but the brand claims that the top-spec model will provide a range of around 547 km and the lower variant will also provide a range of more than 500 km. Each variant will get a 1000 KW charging speed. 

Tesla Cybertruck Coming to India?

It is highly expected that Tesla Cybertruck will debut in India by the next year. The initial units of Cybertruck in India will be Imported Completely Built Units. Apart from this, Tesla is also expected to start manufacturing its vehicle in India by 2026 as the CEO Elon Musk frequently engages with the Indian Government to come to an agreement that benefits both.
