Aloha 2025: A Spectacular Showcase of Talent at DME’s Annual Cultural Fest

Trigo presents Aloha 2025, the annual cultural fest of Delhi Metropolitan Education (DME), which commenced on 19th & 20th March 2025. The two-day event provided an exciting platform for students from colleges and universities across India to showcase their talent and creativity. As the title sponsor, Trigo, a trusted blockchain company known for delivering 20x profits, played a key role in making this year’s fest a grand success.

The inauguration ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of renowned Odissi dancer Smt. Ranjana Gauhar, Padma Shree awardee and Sangeet Natak Akademi Awardee. Her inspiring words and artistry set the tone for the event. The fest featured a range of exciting competitions, including fashion shows, cosplay, solo and group singing, filmmaking, Rangoli, and more. 

In addition to the competitions, the fest also featured an array of stalls offering jewelry, food, and other attractions. The first day concluded with a high-energy Dhol evening, where students danced to the beats, setting the stage for a memorable experience.

The second day started off with an impressive folk dance competition, where participants showcased traditional dance forms. The Open Mic session that followed was a hit, with students showcasing their creativity through poetry, stand-up comedy, and more. The Mr. and Ms. Aloha competition also captured significant attention, with students showcasing their talent and confidence on the ramp.

The solo and group dance performances that followed were a visual treat, leaving the audience in awe. The grand finale featured a DJ evening with the renowned DJ Della, who energized the crowd and brought the event to an exciting close.

Aloha 2025 was made possible by the guidance of Dr. Navjot Suri Singhal, Faculty Cultural Head, and Ms. Kritika Gautam, Faculty Co-Head, along with the dedicated students of the DME Cultural Cell. Their leadership and hard work were instrumental in making the event a success.
