CBSE Class 10th Result 2026: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to announce CBSE Result 2026 for class 10th by April 14-15 tentatively.
CBSE would hold the second set of board exams around May 15, 2026, and therefore the 10th class result is likely within the next few days.
CBSE Class 10th Result 2026 Updates
Students would be able to download their marksheets digitally via DigiLocker. Results can be checked on the CBSE official website once announced. To get started, students need to click on “Secondary School Examination (Class X) 2026” under the “2026 Results” section.

Last year, results for both Class 12th and 10th were declared on May 13, 2025. Recently, CBSE rolled out an examination format based on two phases for class 10th. Under the model, students are allowed to reappear during session 2 in up to 3 subjects if they want to improve their marks.
More than 43 lakh students appeared across the country and abroad this year for CBSE class 10 Exam 2026. Out of these, about 18.5 lakh students were from class 12th and about 25 lakhs were from class 10th. Exams were conducted at 7574 centres for class 12th and 8074 centres for class 10th.
Students who could not secure the passing marks in one or two subjects could get one more chance via compartment exams. Detailed schedule for the compartment exams would be released soon after the results would be declared.
How To Check Results?
Students can visit the official CBSE website or check results at results.nic.in, umang.gov.in or results.digilocker.gov.in. They would need to fill in their school number, roll number, admit card ID, date of birth and security pin shown on the screen to access the results.
Results can also be checked via IVR calls or SMS service. Students can send a message cbse10 to 7738299899 or call IVR numbers 24300699 (Delhi) and 011-24300699 (other regions).
