Delhi University: Allocation-cum-Admission schedule for Undergraduate admissions for the Academic Session 2024-25

The schedule for allocation-cum-admission to all Undergraduate programs of all colleges of University of Delhi for the Academic Session 2024-25 is as under: -

Commencement of Phase II of CSAS

After the declaration of results of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET)- UG by the National Testing Agency, the University announces the commencement of Phase-II of Common Seat Allocation System (UG)-2024 (CSAS-UG) from Thursday, August 01, 2024.

In this phase, the candidates who had successfully completed the Phase-I must login to their dashboard (https://ugadmission.uod.ac.in) to choose their preferred Programs and college combination, subject to fulfillment of the eligibility criteria.

Candidates who have still not registered themselves on the CSAS poLal will also be able to register as the University has decided to keep both the phases open till 04:59 p.m. Wednesday, August 07, 2024. Phase-I and Phase-II will close at 04:59 p.m. Wednesday, August 07, 2024 and the preferences saved/submitted by the candidate will get auto-locked on reaching the deadline of 05:00 pm Friday, August 09, 2024.

Calculation of Program-Specific merit score

In Phase-II, the Candidates will have to map the subjects studied by them in Class XII to those in which they have appeared in CUET-2024. Only those CUET Papers will be considered in which the candidates have passed his/her Class XII board exam. Candidates must refer to the Bulletin of Information for details related to similarity of the subjects. It will be the sole responsibility of the candidate to provide correct subject-mapping. The decision of university in this regard shall be final and binding.

Note: General Test of CUET(UG)-2024 will not be mapped to any subject.

The University may announce more rounds subject to the availability of vacant seats, if any.

The Admission Branch has established helpdesks Chat-Bot and email facility to help prospective students resolve their queries.

The Admission Branch will also be conducting series of webinars to help candidates with the process of admissions. To explain the process of filing the preferences, aspects related to mapping Class XII subjects with CUET papers, and other impoFant points will be addressed in a webinar scheduled on Friday, August 02, 2024, 12:00 noon.
