In recent years digital skill development has become a key business priority for India’s IT- enabled services sector. There are many organisations who have already integrated digital skills development into their overall organisational strategy. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic the use of online and technology powered learning has grown rapidly, with 63% of organisations pushing online platforms for learning.

Growth in IT Sector

The growth in the IT sector will require a tandem annual growth of 30% between FY19-FY21 to fulfill the demands of the sector. India is likely to face a huge demand-supply gap in the upcoming years. For this companies are actually not hiring but buying talent and using gig workers.
