GATE 2025 Results Declared: Here's How To Check Scores on Official Website

The Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT-R) has officially announced the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 results on March 19. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check and download their results from the official website gate2025.iitr.ac.in by logging in with their enrollment ID and password.

How to Check GATE 2025 Results?

Candidates must visit the GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAPS) portal or the official website to access their scores. The results include separate ranks and scores for sectional papers such as XE (Engineering Sciences), XH (Humanities and Social Sciences), and XL (Life Sciences).

While the results have been declared, IIT Roorkee has not specified the exact time of the release. Last year, the results were made available between 5:30 PM and 5:45 PM. Following the declaration, the official scorecards will also be released for qualifying candidates.

GATE 2025 Scorecard and Validity

The GATE 2025 scorecard will be issued only to those candidates who have scored marks equal to or above the qualifying marks for SC, ST, or PwD categories in their respective papers. The scorecard will display:

Marks obtained in each section

Overall GATE score

All India Rank (AIR)

These scores will remain valid for three years from the date of result declaration.

Admission and Job Opportunities

Candidates must note that qualifying GATE does not guarantee admission, scholarships, or PSU jobs. Admission to postgraduate programs or recruitment in Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) depends on the specific selection criteria of individual institutions or organizations.
