JNU Admissions 2023: First Merit List to be Released on August 8, Online Application Deadline Approaching

JNU Admissions 2023: On August 8, according to officials on Wednesday, the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) is anticipated to release the first merit list for admission into undergraduate studies for the 2023–24 academic session. The online application deadline for these courses is Wednesday.

Important Dates for JNU Undergraduate Admissions 2023

"The list will be announced on August 8. The pre-enrolment registration and payment of fees with blocking of seats for the first list will be done from August 8-11," the officials said. Pre-enrolment registration and fee payment must be finished between August 22 and August 24. The second list will be made public on August 16. The third and final merit lists will be made public by the university on September 7 and August 22 respectively. "Students whose names appear on the third list can complete their pre-enrolment registration and fee payment till August 24," an official said. The fourth list's pre-enrolment registration and fee payment will take place on September 7-8, the official stated. The registration and admission date is September 15.

CUET-UG Scores Accepted for Various Programmes

According to a statement, the Jawaharlal Nehru University will accept CUET results for undergraduate admissions. All programmes, including the BA (Hons) in foreign languages, the combined BSc-MSc programme in ayurvedic biology, and all of its certificate of proficiency programmes, will accept CUET-UG scores for entrance. Candidates who choose the BTech programme must take the JEE-Main.
