CBSE Results 2023: The Controller of Examination for the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Dr. Sanyam Bhardwaj, stated that no student managed to achieve a perfect score in the exams this year when the results for classes X and XII were released on Friday. ‘No students from classes X and XII secured a complete percentile, i.e. 100 percent,’ Dr. Bhardwaj remarked. He did, however, claim that each student’s performance is satisfactory.
CBSE declares satisfactory results for Class X and XII exams with 93% passing rate
“However, we are really pleased with every student’s performance, which is good. Numerous issues were present over the previous three years, but this year’s results indicate that things are returning to normal. According to him, there are now similar facilities and environments within the school itself where students will be able to study more. It’s a really satisfying day for us since we have declared both results today and there was a plan by the CBSE that we should declare the result as soon as feasible, he added after taking notice of the results. Therefore, more than 22 lakh children took the class X examinations this year again, and they did quite well. Over 93% of students pass the test. Additionally, there is an almost 2% improvement in class X scores as compared to the pre-pandemic 2019 exam.
CBSE offers remedial options for students who didn’t pass all subjects in Class X exams
The results of the class XII and class X final examinations were released by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Friday. Dr. Bharadwaj continued by saying that the teachers and schools at each student’s specific schools deserve praise for the satisfactory results. The credit for the pupils’ excellent performance and preparation goes to their schools and professors, he continued, even if they were unable to attend the schools for the earlier lessons. The representative from the CBSE added that if a kid took the class X examinations but failed two subjects, he might take a make-up exam. There may have been a problem in which some students did not pass in all courses; thus, if they failed to receive 33% in any two subjects, they may take the supplemental exam, which will be held in July of this year. “In addition to this, we will also offer the option of mark verification and re-evaluation. Students would have access to the procedure starting next Tuesday, he noted.
