1. Yoga is the Key!
Tina Datta has always shown her admiration for Yoga, and this is one thing she prefers to go for on a daily basis as well. From Sirsasana to Crow pose, Tina is a firm believer of this practice and at present, she is so skilled that she can do any difficult pose with utmost ease. According to Tina, it is this practice which completely transformed her and not just helped her in keeping fit, but helped in increasing the strength of her overall body muscles as well. She is further trained by Brent Goble and follows his footsteps when it comes to fitness.
A big No to Sugar and Maida
In one of her old interviews, Tina Datta had claimed that she is a big foodie, but tries to maintain her distance with certain food items. And sugar as well as Maida is something that tops that list.
Coffee and Eggs for Tina Datta
Bigg Boss 16 fame Tina makes sure to start her day with a cup of black coffee and later goes to have boiled or scrambled eggs for breakfast. She believes in talking the maximum amount of protein in the morning and adapting to eggs is the best way of doing so!

According to her that is her Cheat Meal and whenever she is craving to have some junk, then nuts is something that comes to her Rescue!

Tina Datta makes sure to have all her meals on time. She has fixed her timing for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And eats her dinner by 7:30-8:00 max. Fixing a time Like this, makes her achieve a more balanced and healthier lifestyle.
