5 Things Sara Ali Khan AVOIDS to maintain her toned body and stay in shape

Sara Ali Khan: There was a time when the ‘Kedarnath’ actor weighed 96 Kg’s, could eat pizza for Breakfast, lunch, and dinner and had a very unhealthy diet. But it was during her college days that she expressed her desire to be an Actor and it was then, the actor’s mother advised her to shed the extra kilos as early as possible. Her Weight Loss journey was Tough, but with that dedication and willpower, she was finally able to achieve that desired body and lost around 40 Kg in a year and a half. While a lot of you may be familiar to Sara Ali khan’s weight loss journey and what she has in a day. The fact that Pilates was one thing which helped her in this journey. But this time, let’s take a look at the 5 things and specific diets that Sara completely ‘avoided’ and was a Big ‘NO NO’ from her side.

A Big NO to Carbs and Sugar

The ‘Atrangi Re’ actor, makes sure to not include Carbohydrates and Sugar in her diet and completely avoids it. But on a cheat day which is once in a week, she opts to have something, which has a little sugar in it.

A big No to Keto

Sara Ali Khan thinks that Keto is one of the most bizarre diet. In one of her old interviews she mentioned on how once she did try to follow this diet, but miserably failed in doing so.

No to Milk

According to sources, Sara Ali khan avoids Drinking milk and for protein intake, she goes for having boiled eggs and chicken. She is definitely a fan of Milk and goes for low-fat Greek yoghurt and Tofu instead.

Say no to Pizzas, even on Cheat Days!

There was a time when Sara used to love Pizzas and could have them any time of the day as that used to be her favourite food. But in order to lose weight, she completely cut that out from her diet. Even when there is a cheat meal, she avoids eating it as it contains a lot of calories and consuming so much of cheese in a go can be really Unhealthy!

A big No to ‘Maida’

Sara Ali Khan has always talked on how she avoids having maida as it’s not just heavy, but leads to a rise in LDL, which is bad cholesterol.
