Selena (who has been with Benny since 2023) shared her thoughts on their journey. She said, “Definitely. I don’t think I would have been remotely mature enough. It’s weird to think that only five years ago, I wouldn’t have been in the right place, but I’ve learned so many lessons [since then] that led me to being the best partner I could be for Benny. And I believe the same with him.”
The couple met when Selena was 16 and had already made music together, including their joint album I Said I Love You First. Gomez gushes about Blanco, saying, “I appreciate his heart, his kindness, his quirks… He’s one of the most grounded people in my life, and he makes me feel very normal.”
Selena and Benny are also setting up a home in Beverly Hills, with a special office for her Rare Beauty work. She said, “That’s the fun part of creating a life with someone – being able to pull inspiration and combine your view with theirs.”
Gomez is planning her wedding using a vision board and Pinterest for ideas. While no final plans have been made, she hinted that longtime makeup artist Hung Vanngo will help with her bridal look. “If I find [a makeup look] I like on Pinterest, I lean into that, and then I’ll get a suggestion from Hung and combine it all. It’s a process.”

Talking about her BFF Taylor Swift, she is reportedly planning a private wedding in the summer of 2026 with Travis Kelce. The couple got engaged in August 2025 and now wants a small ceremony with family and close friends instead of a public event.
The wedding may take place at Swift’s Rhode Island estate, mentioned in her song The Last Great American Dynasty. Sources say the oceanfront property is being renovated for the ceremony. While the guest list isn’t confirmed, it could include Selena Gomez, the Haim sisters, and family members.
Kelce proposed with a vintage-inspired, old mine brilliant-cut diamond ring worth $550,000 to $1 million. The couple is enjoying their engagement. Kelce said on his podcast that wedding planning is “the next step.”
