Alia Bhatt's production house acquires apartment worth Rs 37.80 cr, actor gifts two flats to THIS special person

Bollywood actor Alia Bhatt is one of the most bankable actors. An entrepreneur, producer and actor, Alia is killing it in every field. Now, as per reports, Alai’s Production  House, Eternal Sunshine Production Pvt Ltd., has acquired an expensive apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra West era for a whopping amount of Rs 37.80 crore. 

Alia Bhatt’s production house acquires lavish property 

As per media reports, Alia’s production house has purchased an expensive apartment in Mumbai. The apartment, spanning 2,497 sq ft, is located in the Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society Limited in Pali Hill, Bandra (West). 

The actor’s production house bought the house from Gold Street Mercantile Company Pvt Ltd. A stamp duty of 2.26 crore was paid and the agreement to the sale was registered on April 10.

Alia Bhatt gifts two apartments to sister 

Alia Bhatt has also gifted two flats in Mumbai’s Gigi Apartments to her sister Shaheen Bhatt. The flats have a total market value of Rs 7.68 crore. The two flats' total area was 2,086.75 sq ft, with the first flat covering an area of 1,197 sq ft, and the second one spanning over 889.75 sq ft, as per the price certificate.

The sale document was registered with a stamp duty of ₹ 30.75 on April 10, 2023. The flat comes with one car parking.

On the work front, Alia Bhatt was last seen in Darlings, which was also her maiden production. Up next, the actor will be seen in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. She also will be making her Hollywood debut with Heart of Stone, also featuring Gal Gadot and Jaime Dorman.

Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt will also be making her Met Gala debut. For the big event, Alia will wear a custom design by Nepalese-American designer Prabal Gurung, as confirmed by sources earlier this month. Met Gala will take place on May 1.
