Mumbai Police has taken action against superstar Amitabh Bachchan and actress Anushka Sharma after getting complaints from social media users who saw them riding bikes separately but without helmets. Anushka Sharma and her bodyguard rode a bike following a roadblock, while Amitabh sought a lift from a fan to get to his workplace on Monday. They weren’t wearing helmets, nor were their riders in either situation. This incident is proof that rules are the same for everyone and social media users are happy to learn about Mumbai Police’s action.

Amitabh Bachchan shared the picture on his Instagram account and wrote in the caption, “Thank you for the ride buddy .. don’t know you .. but you obliged and got me on time to the location of work .. faster and in avoidance of the unsolvable traffic jams .. thank you capped, shorts and yellowed T – shirt owner.”
His picture went viral on social media and Twitter users complained to Mumbai Police about it. As soon as Anushka Sharma’s video went viral, social media users complained about that also and Mumbai Police replied to both complaints. See below;
Many users commented that Bollywood stars violate the rules most of the time but the police did not take any action against them. After the complaint, Mumbai Police will take action against both actors and social media users were happy to see the reply from Mumbai Police.
