Telugu actor Kalpika Ganesh is in hot water after a video of her misbehaving with restaurant staff went viral on social media. The incident reportedly took place last month at Prism Pub in Hyderabad’s Gachibowli area, where Kalpika was celebrating her birthday.

Things went south when the pub denied her request to bring in an outside birthday cake. What followed was pure chaos, according to multiple reports.

Kalpika Booked For Misbehaving At Pub

According to Telangana Today, Kalpika and a friend were at the pub for her birthday bash when the argument broke out. The pub’s management claimed that Kalpika threw plates, damaged property, and hurled abuses, even in front of police officers who had arrived after being alerted.

A complaint was filed, and Gachibowli police have officially booked the actor. Reports also suggest that Kalpika body-shamed staff during the fight and refused to calm down, even with cops on-site.

A video of the entire incident has since surfaced online, showing Kalpika shouting and creating a scene inside the pub. It didn’t take long for the internet to erupt.

Netizens SLAM Kalpika For ‘Entitled’ Behaviour

Social media users reacted largely as soon as the viral video surfaced. Comments flooded X (formerly Twitter), slamming the actor for disrespecting the staff. One user posted, “Just because a restaurant doesn’t give you a free cake doesn’t mean you get to break things and abuse people.”

Another wrote, “Ye actress nahi badmaash hai. Doing drama for free food is next-level shameless.”

One sarcastic user added, “She probably made sure the place doesn’t offer cake so she could do this stunt. What a strategy.”

Another harsh comment read, “No one owes you a freebie, especially not at the cost of basic decency. Staff deserve respect, not insults over a slice of cake.”

While the actor has yet to issue a public statement, the backlash keeps growing.
