Her ex-husband Arbaaz Khan reached her mother's residence first to be there for them in the absence of Malaika. As soon as Malaika Arora got back to Mumbai, her rumoured ex-lover Arjun Kapoor was also spotted arriving at her place. The actor looked upset as he entered the building to support Malaika and her family in the difficult situation.
