Salman Khan has dropped the romantic track “Main Hoon” from the upcoming war drama Battle of Galwan. Released on February 14 as a Valentine’s Day special, the song features Salman with Chitrangda Singh, showing the love story of a soldier and his wife. The track is composed and musically directed by Ayaan Lall, sung by Shreya Ghoshal and Ayaan Lall, with lyrics by Lall and Shabbir Ahmed.

The 4-minute 31-second song shows tender moments at home and the loneliness of a soldier’s duty. Salman is seen romancing Chitrangda, playing the guitar and sharing emotional moments. Salman Khan Films Music shared the track on YouTube and called it “a melody that speaks when words fall short, and feelings run deep.”

While many fans loved the song, trolls mocked Salman’s expressions. Some said he looked unwell or unnatural. One wrote, “What’s wrong with Salman Khan? Why is he even doing a role? Look at his face, looking like going through a serious disease condition. Stop portraying him in lead role.”

About Battle Of Galwan

Battle of Galwan is a patriotic war drama inspired by the 2020 Galwan Valley clash. Salman Khan plays Colonel Bikkumalla Santosh Babu, who was posthumously awarded the Maha Vir Chakra, while Chitrangda Singh plays his wife. Directed by Apoorva Lakhia and produced by Salman Khan Films, the movie highlights soldiers’ bravery in hand-to-hand combat without firearms.

The story is based on India’s Most Fearless 3 by Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh. The supporting cast includes Ankur Bhatia, Abhilash Chaudhary and Zeyn Shaw. Filming took place in Ladakh at temperatures as low as minus 14°C to ensure realism.

The film was initially set to release on April 17, but reports suggest it might move to August 14, 2026, for Independence Day. No official announcement has been made yet, so the original date may still be possible.
