Bhooth Bangla Box Office Collection Day 22: Akshay Kumar’s horror-comedy Bhooth Bangla continues to show surprising stamina at the box office even after completing 22 days in theatres. The film is still pulling audiences despite multiple new releases like Ek Din, Raja Shivaji, and Daadi Ki Shaadi hitting cinemas in recent weeks. Its steady run indicates strong word-of-mouth and consistent audience interest.

The film has managed to stay relevant in its fourth week, which is not common for most big releases. While many films fade after the second week, Bhooth Bangla is holding its ground. The mix of horror and comedy, along with Akshay Kumar’s mass appeal, is helping it remain stable across key markets.

According to Sacnilk, Bhooth Bangla collected Rs 1.75 crore net in India on Day 22. The film showed a flat trend with no major jump or drop, which signals steady audience turnout even in its later theatrical run.

The film was screened across 3,939 shows in India, keeping its presence strong in both urban centres and single-screen theatres. This consistency is helping it stay ahead of newer releases that are struggling to gain traction.

With Day 22 earnings, the total India net collection has reached around Rs 151.75 crore, while the India gross stands at approximately Rs 180.06 crore. Overseas markets also added around Rs 0.10 crore on the same day.

On the global front, Bhooth Bangla continues to perform well. The worldwide gross has now reached nearly Rs 233.01 crore, making it one of the notable mid-budget successes of 2026.

Despite increasing competition, the film has not shown a sharp decline. Instead, it is slowly adding numbers day by day, which reflects long-lasting audience interest rather than a front-loaded opening.

Even with fresh releases like Daadi Ki Shaadi and Ek Din entering theatres, Bhooth Bangla is still drawing steady footfall. Trade reports suggest that both new films have failed to make a strong impact, allowing Akshay Kumar’s film to continue its dominance in the current box office cycle.

Industry observers point out that the film’s horror-comedy appeal, combined with Priyadarshan’s storytelling style, is working well with family audiences.
