Bigg Boss 16: Vikas entered the Bigg Boss house as a wildcard candidate a few weeks ago. Though he had the advantage of viewing the show before joining, arriving in the game in the middle is always a disadvantage. Vikas’ arrival was impressive because he made it apparent that he wasn’t in the house to impress anyone, but rather to win the game. However, the 38-year-old hasn’t really made a name for himself since then. Aside from his many conflicts with Archana Gautam, he doesn’t appear to have any manner of making his presence known in the home.
Bigg Boss 16: Vikas has no friends inside the BB house
Because he lacks established bonds in the house, there appears to be no motivation for the audience to support for him. Other candidates in danger this week include Sumbul Touqeer Khan, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, Sajid Khan, Tina Datta, Shalin Bhanot, Sreejita De, and Soundarya Sharma, in addition to Vikas. Except for Sajid, all of them have a large fan base in the outside world compared to Vikas.
Vikas got involved in controversy
If it comes down to audience votes, as it is likely to this week, Vikas will face the most difficulty. Sajid, on the other hand, is one of the season’s most popular contestants and is certainly not going anywhere. Another reason Vikas could be evicted this week is the alleged casteist statement he made during his battle with Archana. The National Commission for Scheduled Castes has taken up the subject and issued a formal warning to Colors TV and all parties involved with the show.
Because Bigg Boss 16 is performing well in the ratings, the producers will do everything they can to ensure that nothing – especially a wildcard contestant causing unneeded controversy – detracts from the show’s success.
