The announcement came during the third Weekend Ka Vaar episode, where Salman Khan commended the show’s exceptional popularity and massive viewership. Originally scheduled for a six-week run, the show’s unprecedented success led the makers to extend it by an additional two weeks.

During the episode, Salman Khan addressed the contestants and highlighted Falaq Naazz’s reluctance to express her opinions and Avinash Sachdev’s passive behavior within the house. To inspire Falaq, Salman invited her sister Shafaq onto the show, encouraging her to be more vocal and showcase her true personality, as known by her family.
With clever timing, Salman Khan revealed the astounding statistics of the first two weeks, divulging that the show had accumulated a staggering 400 crore minutes of viewing time. He urged Falaq and the other housemates to appreciate the immense love and support they are receiving from the audience. Salman Khan emphasized that it was now crucial for them to up their game, as the show had been extended for two more weeks. He stated, “You guys are been seen, more than I am been seen. Iska matlab kya hua? Ki logo ko pasand aa raha hai. 400 crore minutes sirf pehle do hafton mein. Toh yeh toh obious hai ki yeh season do hafte aur aage jayega. Ab zima aapka hai ki log aap logo ko aur pasand kaise kare. Aap logo ko kisi aur par nahi balki khud pe kaam karna hai.”
