Dhamaal 4 Box Office Collection Day 4:The much-awaited comedy sequel Dhamaal 4 starring Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Riteish Deshmukh and Javed Jaffrey faced a major roadblock on its first Monday at the box office. The film, which had ridden high on weekend momentum, saw a sharp decline in footfalls, collecting Rs 8.35 crore net on Day 4, a steep drop compared to its Sunday numbers.

Day-wise Collection Breakdown

The film had opened well with Rs 16.8 crore on Day 1, followed by a jump to Rs 27 crore on Day 2 and a further rise to Rs 34.2 crore on Day 3, riding the Sunday holiday crowd. But the Monday slump is a common industry pattern where weekday numbers tend to dip once the weekend rush is over. With Day 4 added to the total, Dhamaal 4 has now collected Rs 73.35 crore (India net collection) and Rs 87.85 crore (gross collection).

Global numbers cross Rs 100-crore mark

While the domestic slowdown continues, Dhamaal 4 has garnered good support overseas. On Day 4, the film grossed another Rs 1.5 crore overseas, making its overseas gross total around Rs 14.5 crore. With the domestic numbers included, the film has now crossed the Rs 100 crore mark in worldwide gross collection within four days of its release.

Will Dhamaal 4 sustain its momentum this week?

Trade analysts say the real test for Dhamaal 4 will be in the weekdays ahead. Comedy franchises with strong family appeal, like the recent successes of Bhooth Bangla and Welcome To The Jungle, have shown that word-of-mouth and festive weekend spikes can still revive momentum even after a slow Monday. With Dhamaal 5 already confirmed through a post-credit teaser, the makers are confident about the franchise’s long-term pull, even as this instalment faces mixed reviews and a lacklustre box office run in the first week.
