Diwali 2022: The Kapoors and Bhatts gathered for an eventful gathering on Diwali 2022. Ditching the lavish bashes, the Kapoors, accompanied by the Bhatts, opted for an intimate gathering with only close family members in attendance to perform Lakshmi Puja. Neetu Kapoor took to her Instagram space to share some inside photos from the festivities also featuring, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhat, Soni Razdan, and Shaheen Bhatt.
For their first Diwali as a married couple, Ranbir and Alia dressed in their traditional best outfits. While Alia looked graceful in pink salwar suit, Ranbir donned an all-black attire. Neetu, Soni and Shaheen also looked resplendent in their ethnic attires. “Happy Diwali,” the veteran actor captioned the pic. Take a look below:

Meanwhile, earlier in the day, Neetu Kapoor had celebrated the festivities with the Kapoor clan. She took to Instagram space to share some pics with Karisma Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor and other family members. Everyone was seen grinning from ear-to-ear as they channeled their festive spirit.
Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt also took to Instagram to share a throwback picture of herself on the occasion of Diwali. “Happy Diwali from throwback me as current me is spending Diwali in bed 🥳.”
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor had tied the knot in April this year after courting for five years. The couple announced their pregnancy just three months after their wedding. If media reports are to be believed, Alia is due in December.
