Now, yet another clip from the celebrations is going viral.
Rajpal Yadav Gets Emotional As Niece’s Bidai Ceremony
Now, a latest viral video captures an emotional moment from the bidaai ceremony, where Rajpal Yadav is seen hugging his niece as she bids farewell to her family. Visibly moved, the actor gently consoles her and affectionately calls her “samajdaar.” The video was first shared by NDTV on social media. However, this one also invited trolls just like his previous videos.
In the widely circulated footage, Rajpal Yadav can be seen struggling to hold back tears. Yet, some social media users reacted with criticism due to his controversy. A section of viewers linked the emotional video to the actor’s recent legal troubles.
One user wrote, “Itna bhavuk yeh jail jate waqt bhi nahi tha.”
Another comment that drew attention read, “80 crore ka niji sampatti hone par bhi hadap katora buddhi anuchit hota hai? Jiska bhi amanat ho usko wapsi karna chahiye?”
Wedding Attendance Amid Legal Troubles
Rajpal Yadav’s presence at the wedding comes shortly after his release on interim bail. The actor had travelled to Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, following his time in jail connected to a long-running cheque bounce case.
According to reports, the court granted interim bail after he deposited Rs 1.5 crore into the complainant’s bank account. The payment was made in compliance with earlier court directions.
As part of the bail conditions:
- He has surrendered his passport
- He cannot travel abroad without court permission
Earlier this month, on February 5, Rajpal Yadav surrendered after the High Court rejected his plea seeking more time. The court then sentenced him to six months in jail, citing repeated non-compliance.
The legal dispute reportedly dates back to 2010. It involves alleged unpaid dues of nearly Rs 9 crore. The case is linked to his production venture Ata Pata Laapata.
Reports suggest that members of the film industry like Salman Khan, Sonu Sood and more extended their support to the actor during this period.
