Gadar 2 Pakistan’s Reaction: ‘Gadar 2: The Katha Continues’ starring Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel was released on August 11 and the film is creating a huge buzz across the country. Anil Sharma directorial venture released on the occasion of Independence Day and opened to positive response from the audience. ‘Gadar 2’ performed exceptionally well at the box office and entered the 100 crore club in its very first weekend. The sequel to ‘Gadar’, which was released in 2001, ‘Ghadar 2’ lived up to the expectations of the fans and is earning hugely at the box office. The film is being liked a lot in India, the neighbouring country Pakistan has banned the film after the teaser launch of ‘Gadar 2‘. However, after the release of the film, the Pakistani public has openly reacted to the film.

The people of Pakistan have given mixed reactions to Sunny Deol‘s film. While some people are praising ‘Gadar 2’, others have complaints about some of the dialogues in the film. In the film, Sunny Deol has spoken the dialogue in the role of Tara Singh, “Kisse azaadi dilaoge tum? Agar yahan ke logon ko dobaara mauka mile na Hindustan me basne ka, toh aadhe se zada Pakistan khali ho jayega. Katora le ke ghumoge, bheekh bhi nahi milegi.” Pakistani people have given mixed reactions to this dialogue. Some people denied this outright, while many, looking at the condition of the country, accepted that they would go to India.

‘Gadar 2’ sparks discussion over Indian and Pakistan

After the release of ‘Gadar 2’, the relationship between India and Pakistan has once again started to be discussed. When asked about his views on the film, a man said, “Whatever may be our situation, but we have the courage to overpower our enemy. As far as I know, the Pakistanis have defeated India in four wars.” to which the interviewer politely corrected him. Another said, “1 Pakistani soldier is better than 1000 Indian soldiers. One even challenged Sunny Deol to compete with him in a fight.
