Shah Rukh Khan is facing criticism online after wishing Anant Ambani on his birthday, while staying silent on the success of Dhurandhar 2. The actor’s post, which was meant to celebrate the occasion, quickly turned into a topic of debate on social media.
Anant Ambani celebrated his 31st birthday on April 10 with a grand event in Jamnagar. The celebration saw wishes pouring in from across the film industry, with top stars sharing heartfelt messages for him.
Shah Rukh Khan Trolled For B’day Wish To Anant Ambani
Among those who wished Anant were Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan. Salman shared warm pictures with Anant on social media, calling him his younger brother.
Posting the images, Salman wrote, “Happy birthday to the most selfless, kindest human and an inspiration to many … my younger brother Anant.”
Shah Rukh Khan also shared a message on his social media. He wrote, “Here’s wishing Anant Ambani a very happy birthday… May you continue to do all the good u do….and uphold all that is positive and right. Keep up the good work and keep bringing smiles to people thru your work. God Bless you with the best of health and happiness always.”
However, soon after his post went live, some users began trolling him. Many pointed out that he has not publicly reacted to the success of Dhurandhar 2, which has been performing strongly at the box office.

Another commented, “Can’t post for Ambani’s movie Dhurandhar but post for Anant Ambani b’day. It’s proved he is nothing but a paid.”

One more added, “Ambani ko birthday wish krne ka time mil gya but 2 shabd Dhurandhar movie ke lie nhi bol paaya. Anti national.”
Another tweet read, “This guy can’t tweet for the all timer movie like Dhurandhar but can post a b’day wish for Anant Ambani.”
One user also wrote, “Did not post for the biggest “bollywood” movie btw but posting for Ambani bday wishes .. As it was said in Dhurandhar indians are India’s first enemy, then comes Pakistan.”
Anant Ambani’s Birthday Celebration
Meanwhile, Anant Ambani marked his 31st birthday with large celebrations in Jamnagar. He is the youngest son of Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani.
Several Bollywood celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh and Sanjay Dutt, were part of the celebrations.
Along with the festivities, Anant also announced multiple charitable initiatives. According to reports, donations worth ₹18 crore have been planned for temple infrastructure and animal welfare in Kerala. This includes contributions to Rajrajeshwaram Temple and Guruvayur Temple, along with support for restoring the East Gopuram at Rajrajeshwaram.
In Gujarat, more initiatives have been lined up. These include building a Yatri Bhavan in Dwarka, installing escalators at Dwarka Shardapeeth, and organising a year-long bhojan prasad seva at Ambaji Temple to serve devotees.
