Elvish Yadav: Following Bigg Boss 18, Elvish Yadav interviewed most of the contestants and one of them was Rajat Dalal. The social media influencers Elvish and Rajat Dalal quickly became the talk of town after that, as the two tried to make awful comments about the co-contestants of Bigg Boss 18. However, Chum Darang received the worst remarks on her looks, name and ethnicity. Today, she shared a note on Instagram and expressed anger over Elvish and Rajat.

After a series of questionable remarks about almost all contestants, Elvish Yadav and Rajat Dalal were in the spotlight. Today, Chum Darang took on the two social media influencers and wrote about their remarks. She took to her Instagram story and wrote her thoughts and urged the northeasterns to stand together and she supports them. Chum wrote, 'Disrespecting someone's identity & name is not 'fun.' Mocking someone's achievements is not a 'banter.' It's time we draw the line between humour and hate.' Further Chum Darang talked about Sanjay Leela Bhansali. She said, 'What's even more disappointing is that it's not just about my ethnicity, my hard work and a film backed by visionary like Sanjay Bhansali was also disrespected.' Chum also expressed her concern about the other northeastern who have faced this. And, the actress urged them to raise their voice and embrace their culture.
